Lord Shiva stayed hiding ,changing locations often and then finally came to Kinneur Kailash. He recided here for sometimes meditating Lord Vishnu eventually helped him to slay the Asur, appearing to him as a woman and getting him to place his hand upon his own head, thereby killing Bhasmasur.

A few days passed, we are becoming familiar with neighbors
and other people. A south Indian family from top floor of the apartment came to
meet us with a bowl of mango prickly we offered them
sweets, the famous Berhampore Chanabara. They spend about half an hour with us
and gossiped friendly a lot but unfortunately we could not intake head and tail
of their language. They departed with a lot of promises to come again and
again. The Land Lord, a Kennedy came with his family to introduce with us. A
very good gentle family living in the 1st floor of the apartment with his two
daughters, elder daughter a student of
1st year B.B.A. and younger daughter a student of class IV in English medium school.
The next door neighbor a noble lady from Bihar, living with
her younger son a student of first year B.B.A. She offered bread chops and many
eatables from time to time. Her recipes are delicious.

Next day, during morning walk the
first and foremost thing noticed, Rongoli. The author hosted in an apartment,
its anexture, even the total locality covered by South Indian people.Rangoli
drawn in front of almost all houses.Rongali also known as Kolam or Muggu, is an
Indian folk art in which patterns are created in living rooms or courtyards. Colam
is a form of painting that is drawn by
using rice powder/chalk /chalk powder/white
rock powder/ often use naturally/synthetically colored powders in Tamil Nadu , Karnataka,
Andhra Pradesh Kerala and some parts of Goa, Maharashtra, Indonesia, Malaysia,
Thailand and a few other Asian countries. A Colam is a geometrical line drawing
composed of curved loops, drawn around a grid pattern of dots. In south India
it is widely practiced by female Hindu family members and colures are often
added during holiday occasional events like Denali, on am, pongol and
barolakshmi puja. Kolams are regionally known by different names in India.Roongolee in Maharastra,Hase
and Roongoli in Kannda in Karnataka ,Muggulu in Andhra,Golam in
Kerala mandana, in Rajasthan,
chaookpurna in Chattisgarh ,Alpana in
West Bengal Aripana in Bihar, chowk pujan
in Uttar Pradesh etc.More complex colams are drawn in front of their houses in special occations.
Rangoli in Andhra Pradesh is called as Muggu. A muggu being created at an
entrance to a home. Like most part of the countries, every morning before sun rise,
the women folk clean the entrance to a home and/or the courtyard with water,
considered the universal purifier, and the muddy floor is swept well to prepare
an even surface.

Cow dung is then mixed with water and this slurry is expertly spread on the requisite area and spread evenly with a broom .This is done on a regular basis in rural areas and of festive occasion’s income urban areas where there is availability of sufficient cow dung and space to draw the muggu. This procedure is performed as it is believed that cow dung has antiseptic properties and hence provides a literal threshold of protection for a home. The muggu is then drawn on this prepared surface .The dark color of the cow dung slurry also provides a good contrast for the white powder of the muggu.

Bangalore the Silicon Valley
Tipu Sultan
the brave fighter, perhaps, the only Indian ruler, defeated British Army three
times in battle. In the fourth battle British ARMY killed him and captures his
territory and handed over to Maharaja of Mysore who made Bangalore the Capital
of Mysore. Now it is capital of Karnataka, Silicon Valley of India. Located at
a height over about 3000 feet above Sea level. Pleasant climate throughout the
year.10 th location in the world. The Western Gangs, Cholas and the Hoysalas ruled
the present region of Bangalore until 1537 CE, Kempe Gowda--a feudatory ruler
under Vijaynagar Empire established a mud fort considered to be the foundation
of modern Bangalore.
The writer (and his life partner Aparna, hosting at Bangalore since March 2014 at the residence of his son
Arindam an IBM loriat, Visva Bharati University and EIILM university Scholar ),
trying to search out the Magic Lamp hidden in the sky, air and earth of the Silicon Valley. The
following comes out during research. The garden city tuned into a Silicon City
not at overnight, but by constant progressive thinking, planning-programming and time bar implementing in all sector related
to the development .Vast vacant land ,available skilled and talented workmanship, resourceful
agencies in and aboard, co-ordination with true leadership made possible to
achieve the goal.
Bright
viable presence of world class educational institutions, their colorful role to
develop talents, unbelievable progress of common pupil ,remarkable and exemplary.
Success is not a word, a belief to the wards. Efficiency is not a term, a presentation. Dream is not fantasy, a
practical project. Job is not to secure
Lunch and Dinner, a pious religion to carry in life of the Bangalorians. Presence
of foreigners from different part of the Globe , glorified and enriched the
city.
In fine ,nice
people of the land, in spite of language,
life style, food habits, cultural diversity, carrying growth of the Metro
police city united.
Thanks
Asim Dey
